In addition to the basic cam, feed and quill-rotating axes, this series of cam machines adds a wire-rotating axis. The additional wire-rotating axis can realize different angles of forming and cutting, providing operators with greater flexibility. It is helpful to produce more difficult springs. This series has models with different wire diameter range to choose from.

The demand for springs is becoming more and more complex. In order to overcome this problem, Xinda has developed a series of cam spring machines with wire-rotating function. The mechanical structure drives the wire to rotate, so that a single bending tool can complete the forming action at different angles, which greatly saves the operator's time of configuring cams and tooling, reduce the quill interference issue, and improve the efficiency of producing complex springs.

This series of machines can manufacture all kinds of tension springs, single torsion springs, double torsion springs, battery springs and various wire forming related spring products.

  • No matter testing or automatic production process, the machine's production speed and angle are the same, allowing the operator to better manage the accuracy and quality.
  • Self-detection at startup for the status of driver, motor, software & hardware.
  • Fill in the values of each axis to simply complete the program editing.
  • All tooling holders can be fine-tuned. The minimum adjustment range can reach 0.01mm, making the adjustment of high-precision springs more convenient and accurate.
  • Software program has undo and redo functions for easy editing.
  • Built-in file management system: the program can be reused without rewriting when producing the same spring.
  • USB port can import/export programs.
  • Operating system can be upgraded via the USB port.
  • The only waterproof keyboard used in the industry. The keyboard font is laser engraved which is durable and not blurred.
  • Keys of the keyboard can be replaced individually.
Machine Features
  • Surface finish of the gear transmission system is grinding processed and the accuracy reaches DIN5 level.
  • Special cams and reels can be customized to increase productivity.
  • Transmission system uses a circulating lubrication mechanism, and the cam qi uses an external manual pressurized oil supply to achieve the most ideal lubrication effect.
  • Servo sliding adopts roller-type linear guideway to greatly improve the processing accuracy.
  • Servo slide is made of high-strength, wear-resistant materials to achieve high rigidity and high load capacity.
  • Minimum wire-rotating angle can be set to 0.1 degree.
