This cam spring machine is composed of a cam axis, a feed axis, a quill-rotating axis and a bender-rotating axis; suitable for producing high precision thin wire springs. Because of the weak rigidity of the thin wire, it is easy to twist and cause unstable. For this reason, we propose this bender-rotating solution. Rotating the bender instead of the wire stabilizes the wire proceeding direction. And, the original cam structure is retained to ensure that the wire proceeding is steady.

This spring machine is a specialized model for thin wires. It can manufacture all kinds of high precision tension springs, single torsion springs, double torsion springs, battery springs and various wire forming related spring products.
